Inspired by the cobblestone streets of SoHo, Mercer is a study in movement.
A hand-fabricated cuff of aged sterling silver forms the foundation, its lightly hammered surface recalling the worn streets and cast-iron character of downtown New York. Thirty natural rainbow moonstones are individually bezel set across the surface, each selected for its own character and luminosity. No two are alike, creating a landscape that shifts with every change in light.
Running through the center is a raised architectural spine inspired by the dividing line between opposing currents of movement—a subtle reference to the constant rhythm of the city, where people arrive, depart, cross paths, and continue on. Mercer balances structure with spontaneity, industrial character with quiet elegance, capturing the energy of a place through the language of handcrafted metal and stone.
