RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Geoffrey Scott, every piece is created with exceptional attention to detail. Many of our designs are handcrafted or made specifically for each client, and our return policy reflects the nature of our collections.
SIGNATURE RINGS
All Signature Rings are made to order and are considered custom production.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and are subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover administrative, sourcing, and production costs already incurred.
After the initial 24-hour period, Signature Ring orders cannot be canceled.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your Signature Ring, it may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange toward another Geoffrey Scott piece of equal or greater value.
Signature Rings are not eligible for refunds.
Returned rings must be in like-new, unworn condition, free from damage or alteration, and returned with all original packaging and documentation.
Any ring that has been resized, engraved, modified, or customized beyond our standard production may not be eligible for return or exchange.
COLLECTOR OBJECTS
Collector Objects may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment, store credit, or exchange toward another Geoffrey Scott piece of equal or greater value.
Items must be unworn, in original condition, returned with all original tags attached, and returned in the original Geoffrey Scott presentation box and packaging.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing original packaging may not qualify for return or exchange.
EXCEPTIONAL STONES
Every Exceptional Stone is individually selected through an extensive process of sourcing, verification, and evaluation. Many are accompanied by independent laboratory certification, while others have been personally vetted for their rarity, beauty, and suitability for a future Geoffrey Scott creation.
Although our preference is for every Exceptional Stone to become part of a one-of-a-kind Geoffrey Scott commission, we understand that some clients may wish to purchase a loose gemstone.
Before any purchase is completed, we work closely with each client to ensure every reasonable question has been answered. This may include detailed photography, multiple videos, lighting comparisons, laboratory documentation when available, and personalized consultation so you can purchase with complete confidence.
Because of this individualized process, Exceptional Stones are non-refundable.
Exceptional Stones may be returned within 15 days of delivery for store credit or exchange toward another Exceptional Stone or Geoffrey Scott piece of equal or greater value.
Returned stones must be in their original, unaltered condition and accompanied by any original laboratory reports or documentation provided with the purchase.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us within the applicable return window. Return instructions and authorization will be provided before merchandise is shipped back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or an error occurred with the order.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
